~~Call him what you want, Wotter, Oshawott, Mijumaru, but I think he's really freaking adorable. So adorable in fact that I spent an hour or two working on this instead of doing my real work!~~

I was going to sell this at ACen 2011, but instead I redrew it and came up with this MUCH nicer one!

At first... i always found Oshawotts pretty ugly... but then after a while I just found them adorable <3
